Signage: For Sale sign specifically designed for your location.
Placing Ads: Monthly/Weekly/Quarterly publications (Star News, Topsail Voice, Real Estate Book, Sounds Magazine, etc.)
Postcards: Just listed cards, under contract cards, just sold cards.
Flyers: Detailed color flyers of the property/amenities available with photographs placed out in the yard in a separate information box or tube along with the for sale sign (unless prohibited by subdivision’s restrictive covenants). Checked and refilled on weekly basis.

Clients are always invited to come as well. Lunch is provided by listing agent. Occasionally, progressive luncheons are scheduled in one subdivision with other agents and their listings.
